The Czech IVLP Alumni Club will hold a panel discussion with officials of the Legislative Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic Anežka Janoušková, Kateřina Hamáčková and Adam Hexner.

They recently traveled to the U.S. on the IVLP Program on “Class Action Lawsuits.“ Class Action Lawsuits hold businesses accountable for dangerous practices and protect consumers, however, the Czech Republic currently has no law allowing for class action lawsuits. IVLP Alumni are currently drafting the white paper for the proposal to introduce class action legislation in the country.

IVLP Alumnus and Editor in Chief of Current Affairs and Reportéři ČT — Script Editor Marek Wollner will moderate the panel discussion.

The program will be in Czech.
