Main focus of the lecture are current and future key challenges we face in the area of cyber security from the point of view of the Western alliance as well as from the perspective of former Eastern Bloc.

Dr. Scott Jasper will add examples from a technical and legal perspective and also elaborate on the issue of propaganda. Dr. Scott Jasper, CAPT, USN (Ret) is a Lecturer at the National Security Affairs department and the Institute for Security Governance at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California. Scott retired from the United States Navy as a Captain in 2004 and earned his Doctorate from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. Prague Security Studies Institute co-organizes this program.
